Orders

Placing an order means you accept these terms. For made-to-order items, your design proof approval is the final say — production begins after you approve it, and approved designs are produced as approved.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Orders are payable by the methods offered at checkout (which may include Interac e-Transfer and card payments). Custom quotes are confirmed in writing before any commitment.

Production & delivery times

Estimated times are honest estimates, not guarantees. If a deadline matters — a wedding, a birthday — tell us and we'll confirm what's achievable before you commit.

Custom work

Custom designs created for your order are yours to enjoy. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Intellectual property

You confirm you have the right to use any logos, artwork, or text you provide. We can't reproduce third-party copyrighted or trademarked material without permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order issue is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law.
