How production & shipping work

Personalized pieces are made to order. After you approve your design proof, production typically takes 3–5 business days (larger or multi-product orders may take a little longer — we'll tell you upfront).

Once your order is ready, it ships with a tracked Canadian carrier. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the studio.

Where we ship

We currently ship anywhere in Canada. Local pickup or delivery around our home base may be available for larger orders — mention it in your order notes or inquiry and we'll confirm options.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery selection. If a free-shipping promotion applies, it will be shown automatically in your cart.

Order status

You can follow your order's journey — received, paid, in production, shipped — through the links in your confirmation and shipping emails.
