Personalized items

Because personalized pieces are made specifically for you, they can't be resold — so we can't accept returns simply due to a change of heart. That's exactly why we proof every design with you before production: what you approve is what we make.

If something's wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from your approved proof, contact us within 7 days at rootedidentityhouse@gmail.com or 204-819-3956 with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right — remake, refund, or another resolution we agree on together.

Non-personalized items

Unused, non-personalized items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the item price. Shipping fees aren't refundable.
