Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Order information — name, contact details, shipping address, and order contents, so we can fulfil and support your purchase.
• Personalization details — the names, dates, and instructions you provide for your designs.
• Uploads — inspiration files you share with our studio for custom orders.
• Newsletter subscriptions — your email, only if you explicitly opt in.
• Basic analytics — first-party, anonymous usage events (pages viewed, searches) that help us improve the shop.

How we use it

To produce and deliver your orders, communicate about them, respond to inquiries, and — only with your consent — send occasional emails about new designs and offers.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Payments

Payments are processed through our payment providers (such as your bank for Interac e-Transfer, or our card processor). We never see or store your banking or card details on this site.

Retention & your rights

We keep order records as long as needed for business and tax purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing rootedidentityhouse@gmail.com — we'll respond promptly.
