Yes — reordered designs are quick and often discounted. Your files stay yours, and we never reuse your logo or artwork for anyone else.

Choose your piece, fill in the personalization details (names, dates, quotes), and add it to your cart. After checkout we create a design proof and email it to you — nothing is produced until you approve it.

Always. Every personalized order includes a digital proof by email. You can request tweaks (free) until it feels right, and production begins only after your approval.

We're Canadian-first: Interac e-Transfer and major cards where enabled at checkout. For custom orders, we invoice after you approve the quote — nothing is charged while we're still designing.

Most personalized pieces are ready in 3–5 business days after proof approval; apparel runs 5–7, and volume orders 10–15. In a hurry? Tell us the deadline — we'll confirm what's possible before you commit.

Often, yes — especially for mugs, keyholders, and engraving. Mention your date in the order notes or custom request and we'll confirm feasibility the same day.

Anywhere in Canada, with tracking. Local pickup or delivery around our home base may be available for larger orders — just ask.

Rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery choice. We don't invent surprise fees — what you approve is what you pay.
